TERMS OF SERVICE.

These terms apply when a customer uses the Figures of You website or places an order for a personalized product.

Custom design process

The customer must provide photographs they are permitted to use. We may reject images or requests that are unlawful, abusive, infringing or unsuitable for production.

Proof approval

Production begins only after the customer approves the final proof. Approval confirms the visible pose, styling, accessories and overall character direction. One reasonable refinement is included unless the product page states otherwise.

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for accurate contact and delivery information, timely proof feedback and permission to use submitted photographs. Delays in customer responses can extend the delivery schedule.

Prices and payments

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment must be confirmed before design or production work begins. Taxes, duties or fees imposed by the destination may remain the customer’s responsibility where applicable.

Intellectual property

The customer retains rights in their submitted photographs. Figures of You retains rights in the website, brand assets, product presentation and original design systems, excluding customer-owned source material.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
