SHIPPING POLICY.

Every Figures of You collectible is made to order. Delivery estimates begin after the customer approves the final production proof.

Where we ship

The initial launch is limited to addresses in the United States. We may refuse or cancel orders to unsupported destinations and will issue a full refund if payment was already collected.

Design and production

Photo review and concept preparation normally take 2–5 business days. Production normally takes 10–15 business days after proof approval. Complex requests or revisions can extend these estimates.

Transit estimates

Standard shipping is estimated at 7–12 days after dispatch. Expedited shipping is estimated at 2–4 days after dispatch. These are delivery estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking and customs

Tracking is added to the private order page after dispatch. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather and incorrect address information can cause delays outside our control.

Address changes

Contact us before production is completed if an address needs to change. We cannot guarantee changes after a parcel has been handed to the carrier.
