Order protection

REFUND POLICY.

Custom figures are produced specifically for one customer. Our approval workflow exists so the design can be reviewed before physical production begins.

Cancellation before design work

Orders cancelled before concept work begins are eligible for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

After concepts are delivered

If concepts have already been delivered but the production proof has not been approved, a refund may be issued less a USD 25 design fee.

After proof approval

Once the customer approves the production proof, the custom item enters production and cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded for subjective differences already visible in the approved proof.

Damage, defects or incorrect items

Report damage, a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number, packaging photographs and clear photographs of the issue. We will provide a remake or refund when the claim is verified.

Lost parcels

If tracking confirms that a parcel was lost before delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Parcels marked delivered are reviewed with the carrier before a resolution is offered.
