Figures of You collects only the information needed to design, produce, deliver and support a custom order.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, delivery information, order selections, customer notes, uploaded photographs, proof approvals, payment references and customer support messages.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the storefront, prevent fraud, process payments, create the custom figure, provide order updates, deliver the parcel and resolve support requests.

Photographs and design files

Customer photographs are private production inputs. They are not sold or used in public marketing without separate permission. Uploaded customer media is scheduled for deletion approximately six months after the order is completed or cancelled, unless retention is required for a dispute or legal obligation.

Payments and service providers

Payment information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored as complete card data on our server. We may share necessary information with payment processors, production partners, hosting providers and delivery carriers.

Privacy-friendly site measurement

We use Google Analytics 4 only to count basic page views on public pages. Analytics storage is denied until a visitor makes a choice. If analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set a first-party measurement cookie; if only necessary storage is selected, any permitted measurement request remains cookieless. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalization remain disabled in either case. Page URLs are sent without query strings, fragments or referring-page details. Analytics is never loaded on admin, API, order, tracking or other pages that display customer or order information, and it is suppressed when the browser signals Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.

Customers may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to fraud prevention, accounting and legal retention requirements.
