Figures of You collects only the information needed to design, produce, deliver and support a custom order.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, delivery information, order selections, customer notes, uploaded photographs, proof approvals, payment references and customer support messages.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the storefront, prevent fraud, process payments, create the custom figure, provide order updates, deliver the parcel and resolve support requests.

Photographs and design files

Customer photographs are private production inputs. They are not sold or used in public marketing without separate permission. Uploaded customer media is scheduled for deletion approximately six months after the order is completed or cancelled, unless retention is required for a dispute or legal obligation.

Payments and service providers

Payment information is processed by the payment provider and is not stored as complete card data on our server. We may share necessary information with payment processors, production partners, hosting providers and delivery carriers.

Your choices

Customers may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to fraud prevention, accounting and legal retention requirements.
